Fortuna Vintage Market- August 8th
We're so excited to have you joining us for another Fortuna Vintage Market!

This page is your one-stop resource for everything you'll need before market day. From setup instructions and booth information to parking, marketing materials, and vendor tips, you'll find all the important details here.
SET UP
Setup Begins at 8:00 AM
Vendors have two hours to unload and set up before shoppers arrive at 10:30 AM.
Your booth assignment and vendor map will be emailed out a few days before the event.
Vendor spaces will have the vendor name written inside them in chalk on the ground- and the vendor map will be sent out closer to the event to accomodate vendor requests, and making a cohesive vendor layout (we try to not put like vendors near like vendors)

Please Unload, Then Park
To keep traffic moving smoothly during setup, we ask that vendors:

-
Drive to their assigned booth.
-
Unload all supplies.
-
Move their vehicle to vendor parking.
-
Return to finish setting up.

With dozens of vendors arriving during the same two-hour window, keeping vehicles moving helps everyone get set up much faster.

PARKING
As it seems like every venue, there is limited parking surrounding the event. We ask that vendors take a moment to park out of the way of the general venue area at some of the following options (these are all google map links).

Trust me when I say parking fills up, any extra space we can save for our shoppers is one more person that can come visit your booth!
VENDOR SPACES

VINTAGE VENDORS
16X10
We use the parking spaces to help map out your vending space. The colored spaces are each an example of what a vendor space can look like.

VENDOR SPACES EXAMPLE
Spaces 1 & 4 are examples of a Vintage Vendor space, spaces 2&3 show a general vendor space. (10x10). A standard 10x10 canopy fits within the boundaries of a parking space, and gives you the ability to have some storage space behind you for your personal items. Please note we can not set up on the sidewalk.
One of the biggest reasons our markets continue to grow is because everyone helps spread the word.
All vendors are required to promote the event at least three times before market day.

This isn't just a rule it genuinely helps everyone have a better event.

The more shoppers we bring in, the more opportunities every vendor has to make sales.

Vendor Promo Kit
We've created ready-to-use graphics to make promoting the market as easy as possible.
