Note: You have to be on a computer, or use the Business Suite app on your phone for this to work.
Step 1: Go To Meta Business Suite & Open Your Inbox Settings

First step is going to be getting onto your page's profile on Meta Business Suite. Opening up your inbox, then going to your inbox settings. From there you'll click on the tab that says 'Chat Plugin'.
Step 2: Click "Customize Your Chat Plugin"

Once you get to your inbox settings, open up the "Chat Plugin" tab. From there, you'll be able to find the "Customize your Chat Plugin" settings in a dropdown menu. You'll want to click on that & open it up.
Step 3: Disbale "Guest Chat"

After opening the dropdown menu for customizing your chat plugin, you'll find a default setting called 'Guest Chat'. That's where the issue is coming from, and you need to turn that off to stop the spam messages.
And that's it!
I hope this helped you banish the spam from your inbox!
(Or at least some of it)
